• In an insulated cooler: 18-24 hours (5-10% loss per day)
• In a standard freezer: Not recommended (sublimates faster)
• Outdoors at room temperature: 3-5 hours for 10kg
• In liquid: Creates fog effect for 15-30 minutes

For best results, store in a well-insulated container with loose-fitting lid (not airtight).

Yes! Our dry ice is food-grade with 99.9% purity, safe for:

• Food preservation and transport
• Creating special effects in beverages (small quantities)
• Keeping ice cream and frozen foods cold

Safety tips: Never touch dry ice with bare hands, never consume dry ice directly, and ensure adequate ventilation when using.

• Use insulated containers (styrofoam coolers work well)
• Keep container in a cool, well-ventilated area
• Wear insulated gloves when handling
• Keep away from children and pets

DON'T:

• Store in airtight containers (risk of explosion)
• Store in walk-in coolers or freezers
• Touch with bare hands (causes frostbite)

RO Water: Purified through Reverse Osmosis, removing impurities but also minerals. Our RO water is then remineralized with essential minerals for taste and health benefits.

Mineral Water: Naturally contains minerals from the source. Our product is RO purified water with added minerals (calcium, magnesium) to match natural mineral water standards while ensuring purity.

For optimal hygiene:

• Hot & Cold Dispensers: Clean every 3 months
• Normal Dispensers: Clean every 6 months
• Visible residue: Clean immediately

We offer professional cleaning service for rented dispensers every 3 months at no extra cost. For purchased dispensers, cleaning service available at ₹200 per visit.

We charge a refundable deposit of ₹150 per 20L jar. This deposit is:

• Fully refundable when you return the empty jar in good condition
• Adjusted against your final bill if you discontinue service
• Waived for corporate clients with monthly contracts

Damaged or lost jars are charged at ₹150 each.
