Orders can be placed through:
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm your order via phone or email. A binding contract is formed only upon our confirmation.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
- GST @ 18% will be added to the invoice as applicable
- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
- Bulk order discounts are available and negotiable

Upon delivery, the customer or authorized representative must:
- Inspect the products for quantity and quality
- Sign the delivery challan
- Report any discrepancies immediately
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the liability
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
- We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper storage or handling by the customer
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Sourabh Trading Company and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal purpose

Laws of the Republic of India
Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
